Strength in Giving: Supporting Health Equity Through Healthworks Community Fitness

Healthworks Community Fitness is a 501c3 public charity dedicated to helping achieve health equity. Healthworks Community Fitness provides high quality fitness and wellness education to all women in underserved neighborhoods to prevent and manage chronic disease, improve health and promote well-being and empowerment.

Working directly with community-based health resources to expand the scope of care for its patients, Healthworks Community Fitness aims to operate a thriving community fitness center that provides the highest quality holistic nutrition, fitness, and well-being services.

This year, Healthworks Community Fitness will be making improvements to their studio and functional training area, including adding a turf area. Our goal at Healthworks Group is to raise $30,000 for this update in club and $5000 in Corporate or Community Donations.

November 3 – November 17

From November 3 through November 17, all Healthworks Group locations will be raising funds to support studio and functional training improvements at Healthworks Community Fitness, including the addition of a brand-new turf training area.

Our collective fundraising goal:

$30,000 raised inside our clubs
$5,000 through corporate or community donations

Every dollar brings us closer to improving the space where women and families from our community can build strength, confidence, and lifelong wellness habits.

How You Can Make an Impact

This year, we’re making it easy and meaningful for members to make a difference. Choose one (or do all three!):

1. Donate for Early Access to HWX Classes

For a limited time, you can unlock early booking access to select HWX classes:

Regularly scheduled classes will open for booking one week in advance.
Make a minimum $30 donation for exclusive early booking access
Book at the front desk as usual, your donation simply opens the door earlier!

Classes can still be booked at no cost, donation optional in the regular 48-hour booking window.

If HWX classes are your ritual, this is the perfect way to give back while guaranteeing your spot.

2. Join an HCF Instructor-Led BODYPUMP Class

Join special Glow Party – BODYPUMP classed led by Healthworks Community Fitness own instructor Mia, for a minimum donation of $30 per participant:

Republic Fitness Davis Square:

Friday, November 7th at 4:00 PM

Republic Fitness Financial District:

Saturday, November 8th at 12:30 PM

Healthworks Back Bay:

Thursday, November 12th at 6:45 PM

3. Visit Our In-Club Giving Booths

Stop by our Healthworks Community Fitness donation booths:

Make a donation at your home club
Receive a limited-edition button or sticker to show your support
Snap a photo, tag Healthworks, and help us spread the word
