What’s Coming
Our new Stages SC3 bikes aren’t just any ordinary bikes – they’ve been specifically chosen to enhance our VIBE and ACHIEVE cycle class experiences. The SC3 bikes feature advanced power meter technology and consoles perfect for our metric-focused ACHIEVE classes, while also supporting the screen-free, rhythm-based experience our VIBE fans love.
Installation Day Details
Don’t worry about missing your favorite class! We’ve carefully planned the installation to avoid any disruption to your workout routine. Delivery and installation will be scheduled during mid-day hours when classes aren’t running. Should anything change, we’ll reach out to all members via email and the app to keep you informed.
What About Your Current Setup?
If you’re wondering about purchasing our current bikes, unfortunately they won’t be available for sale. However, there’s great news for your cycling shoes – the new bikes will use the same SPD clips as our current equipment, so no need to invest in new cleats!
Improved Reliability and Support
We know some of you have experienced frustration with equipment repairs in the past. We’re pleased to share that Stages has recently been sold and entered into a partnership with Precor, a larger, US-based company we already work with for various equipment needs. This partnership should significantly improve parts availability and repair timelines, addressing the supply chain and microprocessor chip shortages that previously caused delays.
Easy Issue Reporting
We’re committed to keeping your cycle experience smooth and enjoyable. Each studio will feature a QR code that members and staff can scan to quickly submit feedback through a short survey form. Our team will address feedback daily, and you’ll be able to check real-time equipment status on our club status pages.
